Mon 21 May - Silvan Aqueduct
Meet at Community Centre at 9 am .
Next Monday's walk is an easy one with a hilly return option for those who want more exercise. Meet at the olinda Community Centre at 9.00am to car pool or meet at the Mt Evelyn Produce store about 9.20am. We can park outside the Produce shop or Kubota tractor shop. We will continue along the Mt Evelyn Aqueduct Trail starting opposite the Mt Evelyn Produce shop. Mel 118 D2 in the Monbulk Silvan Rd. Mt Evelyn (near Clegg Rd) We can return via the same route or take a hilly loop back to Mt Evelyn.

In brief: Meeting baseload from renewables (wind and solar) is already practical and other countries (even Spain) are already pushing ahead. Short term storage from solar energy is already a reality.

Roger and Dale had another fly-day at the golf club. Very short day! (About 2 mins.) Neither wants to talk about it.
